Production Introduction:  

Polychem 2106 is a kind of wax dispersion developed for water-based system. The surface properties of the system can be significantly improved by using the spherical particles made from the high performance wax imported from the United States, improve abrasion performance and adhesion resistance of the coating.

Chemical Composition：polyethylene wax

Appearance： milky white liquid

solid fraction： 40 ± 1%

Average particle size:  < 8μm

PH:       11-13    

 

Features:

Use imported high-density polyethylene wax.

Better abrasion resistance and better anti-adhesion owing to its coarse particle size,

regular spherical distribution, narrow particle size distribution than ordinary

micro-powder wax (irregular flake).

 

The emulsion is stable and easy to disperse.

Recommended for water-based ink, water-based varnish, pre-printing ink, pre-printing

varnish, water-based wood, leather surface treatment agent and other water-based

coatings, can significantly improve the abrasion resistance, anti-adhesion.

Storage:

Maximum storage time:6 months

Storage conditions: the product should be stored in a cool and dry

place, to avoid heat and cold, avoid the sun and rain. It is suggested that the normal storage temperature should be 5-35 °C, if there is layering, stir evenly before use.
